“Dublin all the f*cking way”.
First of all, we’ve rarely seen Conor McGregor as focused and intense as he is in this interview.
Speaking to Severe MMA, The Notorious talked about his plans after his fight with Rafael dos Anjos at UFC 196 on March 5, where he’s aiming to add the Lightweight belt to his Featherweight title.
The Crumlin native also looked ahead to the future, saying that he is desperate and determined to fight again in Dublin, or at the very least, Boston.
“I want east coast [of America] next. I’ll go back to Boston, I know they’re lobbying for New York. We had a great time when we went to Boston.
“I’d go back to the 3 Arena no problem. I haven’t outgrown my home town.”
“Vegas for the next one, I did commit to that, but then the east coast or Dublin.”

McGregor also touched on his current state of confidence, which, to be fair, sounds strong.
“When you can rack up $400m in revenue for the company, in back-to-back events, you can do whatever the f**k you want.
“I’m living the whatever-the-f**k I want life. That’s the life I live. Whatever I want, whenever I want and I have earned that through hard work, sacrifice and victory.
“I feel amazing. I’m coming for that belt. I’m coming for the next belt.
“I’m coming for the whole company. I’m afraid of nobody. I’ll fight any weight.”
Take a look at the whole interview here, because it’s a cracker, with the man himself looking bigger than ever before.
