77 Olympic athletes have touched down in Rio, looking to make Ireland proud and bring home the gold.
The Games will kick off today after last night’s opening ceremony and Ireland’s stars – including Katie Taylor, Pádraig Harrington and Paddy Barnes – will begin their journey towards Olympic glory.
Electric Ireland, who are sponsoring Ireland’s Olympians, have put together a video celebrating the power within Irish people in general to lead, inspire and do the impossible.
