It’s a bumper weekend of Premier League action and the rescheduled King George VI Chase day at Kempton Saturday – more than enough scope for earning a few quid.

Horse-racing
The only horse good enough to beat KAUTO STAR in Saturday’s rescheduled King George VI Chase is Kauto Star himself.
Have as much confidence as you want in Paul Nicholls trump card because there’s no stopping him in this field, bar a serious blunder.
In the Christmas Hurdle it’s all down to what Binocular turns up on the day. I’m not his biggest fan and I think Donald McCain’s OVERTURN could well be the one to side with.
Overall it should be a fantastic day of racing at Kempton and if Kauto Star doesn’t win I’ll eat this laptop.
Premier League
Amazingly, Blackpool have completed a double over Liverpool this season and even more amazing is their price on Saturday afternoon.
The Tangerines are 7/2 to do the double over West Brom this weekend and you will find it hard to pick out a better chance at these odds in any sport all weekend. Ian Holloaway’s men come in full of confidence where as the hosts have lost their last six. It’s got to be another three points for Blackpool.
For those of you looking for something at longer odds have a glance at Boylesports’ scorecast market for the Merseyside Derby on Sunday.
As Liverpool continue to struggle, they now have to welcome Everton the short trip across the Mersey and with King Kenny or no King Kenny, this is a great opportunity for Everton to claim three points at 13/5.
A bit like Liverpool, Everton have been a bit hard to trust this season, but the current downward spiral that the Reds find themselves in and without Steven Gerrard and Jamie Carragher things look like getting worse before they get better. A 2-1 win for Everton is an appealing 11/1 and for a small bet Louis Saha to score first and Everton to win 2-1 is 90/1.
JOE’s Weekend Fancies:
Kauto Star (Kempton, Saturday, 3.00, 5pts win)
Overturn (Kempton, Saturday, 2.25, 1pt win)
Blackpool to beat West Brom (Saturday, 3pts)
Saha to score first and Everton to beat Liverpool 2-1 (Sunday, 1pt)
