Kilkenny have named their team to face Waterford tomorrow and there is a brand-new Cat minding the house.
Eoin Murphy, who won the minor All-Ireland with Kilkenny in 2008, gets his first start with the big boys for the trip to Walsh Park tomorrow. Also coming into the side that battered Tipperary in Round 1 are Conor Fogarty, Richie Doyle and Richie Hogan.
As for the Déise, Michael ‘Brick’ Walsh is named in the half-forward again but there are a few other changes made by Michael Ryan.
Noel Connors is still out so Darragh Fives moves over and Liam Lawlor comes in a full-back. Jamie Nagle also makes way for veteran Tony Browne.
Anthony Daly’s tenure in charge of Dublin has been marked by two things; success and horrendous luck with injuries. Ahead of what could be termed a must against Cork on Sunday Daly has had a small bit of change of fortune.
David O’Callaghan has recovered from pneumonia to earn a spot on the bench while Ross O’Carroll, despite a broken finger, is also fit for service from the line.
However Peter Kelly and Liam Rushe are out so Paul Schutte and Peter Kelly come in.
