His opponent, the always dangerous Luke Rockhold, the former middleweight champion who lost his strap via knockout to Michael Bisping.
The fight proved once again what we all knew already, Yoel Romero is one scary motherf***er…
The Solider of God used a giant overhand left straight from hell followed by an uppercut to the downed Rockhold to finish the fight in clinical fashion.
The third round knockout was built from a strong second round from Romero where he picked up the pace, landed the better shots and laid the foundation for the win.
