15 launch titles have been confirmed for the Irish launch of the Nintendo 3DS handheld console, which is set for release on March 25.
The follow-up to the DS will be available in two colours on launch day – Aqua Blue and Cosmo Black (pictured above). The 3DS will first reach Japanese shores on February 26, retailing for ¥25,000, which is roughly €230. The European price will vary between retailers but is expected to vary between €250-€280.

Nintendo announced two weeks ago that over 30 titles are expected for release between the console’s ‘launch window’, which ends in June. Amongst the big releases not set for launch day are Kid Icarus: Uprising and a remake of The Legend of Zelda: The Ocarina of Time.
