These days you could throw a stick in any given direction and you’d be like to hit an iPhone user – but has the world finally lost interest in Apple’s flagship product?
For the first time since the very first iPhone launched in 2007, Apple are set to announce a drop in revenue as a result of the slowest growth in iPhone sales that the company has ever seen. These developments have led the company to forecast that iPhone sales will drop for the first time ever later this year.
Rory Cellan-Jones, technology correspondent at the BBC, says that cheaper, Chinese substitute products pose a challenge to Apple’s revenue. As companies like Xiaomi grow, Apple have tougher competition to beat out in the marketplace.

If Apple want our advice on how to sell more iPhones, we’d recommend that they set their focus on making a charger that can survive longer than two months.
