Us neither. The instant messaging/picture app is going from strength, adding new filters and weird effects that make you look like you’re vomiting rainbows.
You might think that humans are too complex to be kept amused by videos of themselves vomiting rainbows.
Figures released today show that Snapchat hits 6 billion video views a day, a 300% increase on how many video views it was getting back in May of this year. The company compared this figure to the Financial Times this weekend.
Facebook is still the leader in this field, laying claim to 8 billion video views a day, but at the rate Snapchat is going, the two social media giants should be neck-and-neck soon enough.
