Jimmy Fallon had the pleasure of showing off the PS4 for the very first time last night and he recruited the help of none other than legendary rapper Ice-T.

We finally got to see what the PS4 looks like in action thanks to Jimmy Fallon and judging by first impressions the console looks like it’s going to be great craic.

Jimmy introduces Dr Richard Marks (Sony Computer Entertainment’s US R&D manager of special projects) who walks us through some of the features on the new PS4 and the DualShock controllers, including the new touch pad and colour coded lights (oooooh, fancy coloured lights!).

However, the single best part of the video has to be when Dr Marks shows the guys the interactive Asobi robots and Ice-T’s inner child smashes a bot against the TV screen with a swift kick…

While the tablet integration is pretty cool, there are no prizes for guessing what phallic symbol hundreds thousands of gamers are going to draw first when they get their hands on the PS4. It’s inevitable.

The PS4 will be released here in Ireland on November 29.
