Graham Canty and Ciaran Sheehan have been named in the Cork side to face Dublin in Sunday’s All-Ireland semi-final at Croke Park.
Canty and Sheehan had been struggling with hamstring and knee injuries respectively, but Cork manager Conor Counihan has given them every chance to prove their fitness and will make changes to the side before throw-in on Sunday if neither player is fit to start.
Elsewhere, there are three changes from the side that defeated Roscommon in the quarter-final three weeks ago. John Miskella comes in at left corner back instead of Jamie O’Sullivan, Alan O’Connor replaces Derek Kavanagh at midfield and Donncha O’Connor will start at left corner forward, with Colm O’Neill making way.
Throw in for the clash with Dublin is on Sunday at 3.30pm in Croke Park.
