Jonathan Ross is set to return to the BBC less than three months after his famous departure, according to the Daily Star.
Wossy (49) will host the BBC4 World Cinema Awards in October. He had talked of taking a year off before hosting a chat show for ITV1 from late next year.
His last airings of Friday Night with Jonathan Ross and his BBC2 radio show were in July.
