Mayweather calls Pacquiao midget in video rant

Floyd Mayweather has appeared in a video on YouTube in which he launches a verbal attack on fellow boxer Manny Pacquiao.

A potential fight between Mayweather and Pacquaio, two of boxing’s biggest names, has been touted for a long time but has been held up by a disagreement between the rival camps.

In the video (see below), which was originally posted on viral website Ustream, Mayweather, whose last fight was against Shane Mosley in May of this year, refers to Pacquiao as ‘Poochy’, calls him a midget and claims that he would beat Pacquiao if the two were to fight.

“I ain’t worried about nobody,” he said.

“Once I beat him, it’s going to be a cakewalk and then it’s on to the next and on to the next.”

“As soon as we come off vacation, we’re going to cook that little yellow chump,” Mayweather added. “So they ain’t gotta worry about me fighting the midget. Once I stomp the midget, I’ll make that little (deleted) make me a sushi roll and cook me some rice.”

Mayweather has since apologised for his rant about Pacquiao saying: “I do want to apologise for what happened the other night,” Mayweather said. “I want to apologise to everybody because everybody thought that (the above comment) was a racist comment that I said. I don’t have a racist bone in my body. I have nothing but love for everybody. I just was having fun. I didn’t really mean it.”
