Alan Quinlan will lead Munster out in his 200th appearance for the province against the Ospreys in Thomond Park on Saturday evening.

Quinlan will become only the second player to earn 200 caps for Munster, following in the footsteps of Anthony Foley, who appeared for the province 201 times.

Tony McGahan has made four changes to the side that defeated Edinburgh in Murrayfield last weekend, with Irish internationals Tomás O’Leary, Marcus Horan, John Hayes and Donncha O’Callaghan coming into the starting line-up in place of Peter Stringer, Wian du Preez, Tony Buckley and Mick O’Driscoll.

The Ospreys have named a strong side to face Munster, with Tommy Bowe featuring alongside Welsh internationals Lee Byrne, Shane Williams and Alun Wyn-Jones.

The clash between Munster and the Ospreys kicks off in Thomond Park on Saturday evening at 8pm.
