Getting your hands on good honest sports memorabilia can be a bit of a tricky business. Sometimes you can’t find what you’re looking for while other times what you’re looking for can only be bought by the super rich.

Cycle4Life is a charity that has been set up by D.I.D Electrical here in Ireland. Their first major cycling event will be held on Saturday, May 19th, 2012 in Dunboyne, Co. Meath. JOE actually caught up with one of the organisers, Paul Cook, a few weeks back, which you can read here.
D.I.D Electrical are looking to raise much needed funds to purchase vital equipment that will support the ICU department in Temple Street Children’s University Hospital, who rely on the generosity of people and companies to donate funds to fill the Hospital’s walls with lifesaving equipment. They can’t just stroll down to the medical equipment shop and buy a CAT scan machine with they budget they have.
So here’s your chance to own a piece of sporting history while also helping to save children’s lives.
