Video: Here’s the problem with supercars

This video from Poland sheds some light on why hooning around in supercars is just asking for trouble, no matter how big the bang is.

This video from Poland sheds some light on why hooning around in supercars is just asking for trouble, no matter how big the bang is.

Only last week we brought you a video of a bloke in the US taking a bit of a spill in his Lamborghini Gallardo. The driver in said video took off from the lights with too much ‘zest’ and sent the car into waiting traffic on the opposite side of the road. That was a big incident and it made him look like a massive tool. A jackhammer to be precise.

Today’s incident isn’t as spectacular, but it makes the Polish driver look just as tool-ish as his American counterpart. Trying to show off in his Gallardo LP560-4 Spyder, the driver attempts to drift out of a multi-story car park, which he does – barely.

However, his driving skills weren’t as slick on his return leg to the garage and the driver whacks the cars front intake with the concrete curb. The sound of Italian carbon fibre being cracked instantly is enough to put chills down your spine.

In fairness to the hoonagian, the car looks great and sounds even better. It’s just a shame it has such a tool of an owner. We should really set up a supercar trust. Like Dogs Trust, just, you know, for unloved cars.

On a side note, listen out for Chewbacca just after the car hits the curb. He obviously wasn’t impressed either…
