Have you ever needed to make a quick U-turn? Have you ever contemplated on using the pedestrian bridge as a short cut? Well don’t. Here’s why.

Some bloke over in Chile decided that instead of going down the road and making a U-turn like most people do, he would try and drive his car over a pedestrian bridge.

Now, we know that the BMW 1 Series is the smallest car on the fleet (apart from the Z series), but how he thought this mini-motor would fit around the bridge’s tight turns is beyond us.

The video was posted over on motors site Jalopnik and they think that it could be some kind of PR stunt, or part of some interactive advertisement.

We’re not too sure about that, but that Storbox sign in the background is featured fairly prominently in the video. Having said that, he could just be a bit of a numpty.

Have a gander at the video above and make up your own mind.
