How many engineers does it take to fix a water meter?
There could be a perfectly good explanation for this picture. Our immediate guess would be a training day, but never the less it does make for one good photo.
This picture looks like it was taken in Dublin and shows eight engineers carefully gathered around during their day’s work, and perfectly captured on camera.
