It’s hard to find anything in a Ben and Jerry’s tub that tastes bad, except for a series of porn DVDs that bare a resemblance to the company’s tub, which is just bad taste.
Ice cream giants – not literally – Ben and Jerry’s have filed a lawsuit over in the US claiming that a porn company, Rodax Distributors and Caballero Video of North Hollywood, California, has violated trademark regulations by using Ben and Jerry’s imagery and theme against their permission.
Basically, Rodax and Caballero decided to rip off the theme from the Ben and Jerry’s ice cream tubs for a series of porno’pornoss while also giving regular Ben and Jerry’s flavour names a sleazy twist. Did we mention the porno’s say they’re made by Ben and Cherry’s?
Now, for comparative reasons only, we’ve featured one of the porno covers below alongside what it should look like. Take a moment to have a good inspection… we’ll wait.
Which one looks more tempting? Who are we kidding, the ice cream does of course…

Ben and Jerry’s are naturally a tad p*ssed that some sleazy porn company has taken some of their best-loved flavours and given them a porno remake.
Instead of Cherry Garcia there’s ‘Hairy Garcia’ (above), Boston Cream Pie was changed (for whatever reason) to ‘Boston Cream Thigh’, Chocolate Fudge Brownie is now Chocolate Fudge Babes and Banana Split became Banana Cli… you can see where that one is going.
Mixing ice cream and porn together might seem like a decent night in for the lonely and broke college student, but it just ended up landing Rodax Distributors and Caballero Video in a whole lot of trouble. It’s not as if the ‘remake’ names are that appetising.
