The new Guinness World Records book was released today, but we want to know if there’s anything Irish in there…
Most of you will probably flick through the new Guinness World Record book at some stage, which is natural as it’s without a doubt one of the most intriguing books out there. Plus, it’s the only book with pictures that you’ll get away with at your age.
You’ll find an estimated 4,000 records – and countless facts – throughout the book in pretty much every category you could ever think of.
And yes, there’s even a good few Irish records such as ‘The Most Heads Shaved in One Hour’, ‘The Most Socks Worn on One Foot’ and ‘The Longest Distance Walked on a Catwalk by a Model’… Okay, so they’re not exactly the most exciting records ever set, but damn it, they’re Irish. It also features the horse above, Big Jake, who officially is the tallest horse in the world at over two meters tall.
