This movie looks to be a powerful and moving period drama featuring…nah we’re only messing, it looks everyone is going to get punched everywhere, forever
You like action, right? You want to see all sorts of fighting happening all the time, right? Then The Raid 2 is going to be right up your street. And if you don’t like those two things, it’s still up your street because the movie will shove it up there with a punch.
It promises to tell the story of one undercover cop against the entire underworld in Jakarta as Rama, a young police officer, is sent in to prison to infiltrate gangs, and then it looks like he fights everyone in the whole city. Twice.
The premiere will be at the Sundance Film Festival tonight, so you can expect there to be a little bit more info floating around about the movie, also known as The Raid 2: Berandal tomorrow. The running time is suggested to be around 148 minutes according to the lads at I Am Rogue.com, so that means they can squeeze plenty of fisticuffs in.
