Gardaí are appealing for witnesses after a group of vandals tore through Clane village in Co. Kildare causing damage to 28 cars.
Have you overheard something down the pub lately? Has it got anything to do with a little crime spree in Clane? Well if so the Gardaí want to hear from you after thousands of euro worth of damage was caused to 28 cars recently.
The vandals struck on Monday morning between the hours of 3am and 4.30am where they slashed tyres, smashed windscreens and tore off wiper blades. According to reports this morning, one 20-year-old man has been arrested over the incident but was bailed last night.
The man will now appear before a Nass District Court next week, however, Gardaí believe that at least one other person was involved in the incident, so if you know anything about it let the lads in Clane Garda station know on 045 868262.
