Liverpool’s players and their missuses were all pictured on a night out to celebrate Joe Allen’s birthday on Friday.
The Welshman turned 24 in the company of his team-mates, including Luis Suarez, Steven Gerrard, Simon Mignolet, Glen Johnson, Martin Skrtel, Lucas, Daniel Agger and a beaming Iago Aspas (who?) at the front.
There’s no sign of the likes of Jordan Henderson or Daniel Sturridge, presumably tucked up in bed with a cup of Ovaltine ahead of Sunday’s clash against Manchester United at Old Trafford.
W0nder if Brendan knows his players were on the lash two days before one of the biggest games of the season?
