Driving a massive truck is a dangerous enough task as it is, but driving a massive truck without any taillights is just down right lethal… especially for other motorists.
This video from China shows us how driving without any rear lights in the middle of the night is a disaster waiting to happen.
A yellow Porsche Cayman comes screaming up the left hand side of this motorway in China, but unbeknownst to the driver in question a large dump truck is travelling in the same lane without any lights on.
The yellow Porsche doesn’t notice anything until it’s too late and the driver ploughs straight into the back of the truck. The driver of the camera car was also lucky not to be involved in the accident and s/he can thank their lightening quick reactions for saving their life.
There’s no word on how the Porsche Cayman driver is doing, or if he’s still alive, but one thing is for sure… the car was a total wright-off.
