This is one that will appeal to football anoraks the world over, and shows clearly the labours of a man in love with his profession.
The man in question is Nick Barnes, who works for BBC Radio Newcastle, who uses an old fashioned notebook to prepare for Premier League matches.
George Caulkin of the Times posted this image of Barnes’s notes for tonight’s Premier League clash between Manchester City and Sunderland at the Etihad Stadium.
The colour coding, the flags beside the names, the sheer attention to detail… Oh nurse…
