Have you made a New Year’s resolution to be more proactive and less lazy? Well this video might just give you the kick you’ve been looking for. Meet Taylor Morris, a US Army Veteran who lost all of his limbs in an IED explosion (Improvised Explosive Device) while on tour in Afghanistan back in May.
Taylor’s friend wrote to the motoring blog Jalopnik explaining a little more behind the video: So my good friend Taylor Morris lost all four limbs in an IED blast in Afghanistan in May, and since has been on the long road to recovery. Well, we though one of the best ways for him to get better was to get him in my Mazdaspeed6 and try and drift in the fresh Iowa snow 🙂 This was his first time driving in an unmodified car since his accident. The dude’s unreal.
If you’ve ever thought you’re life was shit and there was absolutely nothing you could do about it, just look at this guy… The whole point of the video is that Taylor want’s to drive with Ken Block and his mates are doing their best to make that dream come true.
