Jason Earl Dean, 25, from Georgia, USA, decided that attaching himself to his 18-year-old Taco Bell co-worker as she tried to leave work was the best way to get her attention. According to reports, he was trying for a whole month.
Unsurprisingly, his ‘romantic gesture’ didn’t go down as well as he had hoped, mainly because the 18-year-old woman in question thought that something seriously bad was about to happen. So she screamed for Dean to get off of her and he eventually fled the scene when other co-workers heard the commotion outside – but that wasn’t the end of it.
Dean didn’t get his date with the teenager, but he did land himself a date with a judge who decided 10 years (yes that’s right, TEN) imprisonment was the best punishment. Dean is to spend the next four years behind bars and another six on probation.
