A Kerry restuarant has placed a sign on its door saying that it does not want any ‘loud American’s’ (sic) to frequent the establishment.
In a county that relies heavily on the tourist trade, the eaterie in Waterville wants to keep things as local and sedate as possible.

The sign, written in different coloured markers and riddled with grammatical errors (no apostrophes in a plural, folks), came under attack on Twitter when it appeared last month.
