Everyone ended up in Supermacs after last year’s ‘unofficial’ NUIG RAG week and this year was no different… well, apart from the fact that a few more people showed up.
Did you attend the RAG week festivities in Galway last night? If so then you might be able to pick your face out from the video above, although, that might be a bit of a challenge…
It looks much the same as last year’s RAG week in Galway, you can watch that here, with ‘Come on you boys in green’ being belted out by some of the lads while others paraded around shirtless – because parading around shirtless always seems like a good idea when you’re drunk. It all took place outside Supermacs, Eyre Square, Galway.
In fairness to everyone present (a couple hundred people at least) there doesn’t seem to be any hassle, apart from a few lads attempting to climb a street light, but you’re going to get that wherever you go.
It’s early days yet – some of the revellers are probably still passed out in the Supermacs toilets – but we’re sure we’ll have more RAG week footage from Galway before the day is over.
