Music fans will be delighted to hear that the helmet wearing French dance duo Daft Punk look set to make a return to the music scene.
Not much has been said about Daft Punk’s fourth studio album. In fact, nothing at all has been said by the duo or even by their new record label, Columbia. The only indication that the pair might be coming back for another spin of the decks is the image above which was posted to Facebook and on the rather bare DaftPunk.com yesterday.
The French dance duo of Thomas Bangalter and Guy-Manuel de Homem-Christo, left Virgin Music, who they signed onto back in 1996 and are now signed up to the Sony-owned Colombia Records.
We’re going to have to wait a little bit longer to get the exact details of when the album will be released and whether or not there will be a tour, but at least we know there’s something in the pipeline.
