Fans of irony will love this one…
After a large train derailed in Brazil, the transport authorities there decided to get another train to deal with the damage. Sadly, but not very surprisingly, that train also derailed. They don’t get much more ironic than that.
According to various comments on YouTube and Reddit, this was an idiotic move from the start as the railway tracks were only designed to hold the weight of a train and it’s cargo running smoothly in one direction, and not to hold the weight of a train and whatever it’s dragging on the ground.
There are also some other pretty funny comments about there being several derailed trains just off shot in some sort of Bermuda Triangle for trains. In fairness, we wouldn’t be surprised if they tried to clean up the derailed rescue train with another train that would eventually derail.
