Enda Kenny attended the Ireland-U.S. Council Annual Dinner in New York in early November and he had a right laugh.
An Taoiseach spoke for just over 20 minutes in total and he eased into his speech with a joke.
The joke is about how much it rains in Ireland and boy did Enda crack himself up.
