Man rushed to hospital after incident outside Leinster House in Dublin

The incident happened around 4pm today.

A man believed to be in his mid to late 30s was removed to hospital in a highly distressed state after an incident outside Leinster House earlier today at approximately 4pm.

Speaking to The Journal, Independent TD Finian McGrath, said: “We thought he would tie a banner and run away, that often happens.”

Several bystanders ran to help the man who was in a very distressed state.
