These boys are in trouble.
Two men from Tralee were in court recently for breaking into The Aquadome and going for a swim, as well as breaking into a room at the Brandon Hotel and going for a sleep.
According to Radio Kerry, Eric O’Shea of 17 Loharcannon in Tralee and Conor Walsh of Ballinorrig South stood accused of four counts of burglary in a local district court recently before Judge James O’Connor.
Solicitor for 21-year old Conor Walsh, Pat Mann, told the court it was not a ‘blatant burglary.’
Conor Walsh is accused of entering the Aquadome and as a trespasser with the intent of committing theft on June 22, 23 and 24.
He is also accused of committing theft as a trespasser on June 24.
20-year old Eric O’Shea also faces similar charges, to which he replied to the court: “I’m sorry, I was drunk.”
Both men were placed on curfew between 10pm and 9am and remanded on bail until October 7 when they will appear in court again.
