Fair play to everyone involved in her recovery.
We covered a story last week about a terrier that was the victim of a chemical attack in Waterford City.
The little dog named Lindsey’s eyes had to be removed and her eye sockets sown up after the cruel attack. It’s so sad.
She’s been recovering over the last seven days and the great people at Waterford Animal Welfare posted this update in the last 24 hours.
“Lindsey recovering from her sedation to have her stitches removed. She has responded so well to her treatment. She is climbing stairs, loves travelling in the car, hanging out with her doggie friends and pulling on the lead with excitement when out walking. Thank you all for your kind support for Lindsey.”
They also posted this video of Lindsey up and about.
Lindsey walking with her foster mammy. Her pet nickname is stitch but watch her go. Living life to the full.
