What do you think?
The bottom line is that Dublin are the All-Ireland champions following their win against Kerry in Croke Park but arguably the biggest talking point of an enthralling match occurred with four minutes left on the clock.
I’m sure that Kerry fans would have liked to hear The Sunday Game panel address Philly McMahon’s apparent eye-gouge on Kieran Donaghy but they were left frustrated.
Naturally, this provoked an outcry on Twitter and left a sour taste in the mouth of some GAA fans.
@officialgaa Hope #McMahon will be cited for this eye gouge #disgrace pic.twitter.com/EywmEBwOey

This is incredibly windy analysis of an important incident by the panel on @TheSundayGame

Reluctance to man up and discuss gouging incident highlights ongoing issue and problem on #SundayGame of clearly compromised pundits. #gaa

I'm really not sure how anyone can defend McMahon there. Why is his hand there in the first place if that's not intentional? #SundayGame

It's no wonder Mickey Harte doesn't want to talk to RTÉ. #gaa

So basically Ciaran Whelan said once you play well on the day and have a good season eye gouging is acceptable! #SundayGame #TheBallymunWay

Sunday game so lenient on Philly McMahon. Disgusting stuff, should face a lengthy ban

Thats an incredible soft landing 4 McMahon from @TheSundayGame when u consider the hanging other lads received this year for lesser offences

@TheSundayGame completely bottled the discussion on the eye gouge. Very poor on such an important issue.

Very timid analysis on @TheSundayGame re Philly McMahon incident with Donaghy. Saying he 'plays on the edge' is a total cop out #SundayGame
