VIDEO: A feisty shemozzle between two Cork hurling teams at half-time in their game

It's fair to say tensions were high

It’s fair to say tensions were high.

Bishopstown and Killeagh played each other in the Cork County Senior Hurling Championship relegation playoff last weekend and things boiled over a little bit.

When the teams were coming back out for the second half the two sets of players clashed in what could be labelled a “shemozzle,” “getting to know each other,” or “handbags.”

The scrap spilled onto the field after that but it was broken up fairly quickly and the referee missed it all.

Bishopstown won by eight points in the end to retain their senior status.
