It looks like the tail-end of a violent hurricane is going to hit Ireland later this month

This doesn't look good

This doesn’t look good.

Hurricane Jaoquin is currently causing destruction in the Bahamas and it’s expected to move north towards America in the next few days.

The storm is reportedly going to unleash gales of up to 165mph on the east coast of the States but weather predictors say it won’t reach land at any point.

According to the Express, Joaquin is expected to sweep north before taking a sharp turn in an easterly direction across the Atlantic with Ireland and the UK right in its path.

Here’s a predicted path from The Weather Channel.

The effects of the tail-end of the hurricane are expected to hit Ireland around October 10 so expect some rain and high winds around then.

Sorry to be the bearers of bad news.
