Are you an entrepreneur at heart? Then head to Kilkenny for the next AIB Start-Up Event

An entrepreneurs dreamland

JOE

Get yourself to Kilkenny on Wednesday evening.

The hugely successful AIB Start-Up Academy is now in its second year and the next stop of the nationwide tour is in Kilkenny on Wednesday, October 28.

The event kicks off at 6.30pm in The Set at Langtons, so be sure to register here and secure yourself a place at one of Ireland’s best networking events.

Why should you do this? Well, if you’re thinking about starting your own business then you’ll be hearing directly from some incredibly esteemed and experienced entrepreneurs.

For example, there will be Gerry Shirren who is the managing director of Cartoon Saloon. Cartoon Saloon have produced several of Ireland’s top animated movies, including the Oscar nominated Song of the Seas.

Bobby Kerr, owner of Insomnia Coffee, will also be speaking. You may know Mr Kerr from his appearances on Dragon’s Den as one of the investors and on Newstalk as a presenter, but he is also renowned for leading Insomnia to be Ireland’s largest coffee house chain over a 16 year period.

As well as receiving some invaluable advice from industry experts, you will get the chance to listen to three budding Irish entrepreneurs who will be sharing their business ideas and valuable experience on the night. The three entrepreneurs are Niall Rhatigan of Ecocool Refrigeration, Gerald Costello from CostelloBrewingCo and Shane Lynn from Killbiller.
