Here’s a heads-up for you.
DART and Irish Rail users need to organise a lift to work on Friday morning because of a planned three-hour stoppage by Siptu and NBRU workers.
According to the Irish Times, Workplace Relations Commission talks aimed at averting a strike by drivers are ongoing but there hasn’t been enough progress to come to a resolution.
The stoppage tomorrow morning (Friday) will take place between 6am and 9am.

Most services will be back up and running by 10:30am except for 9:05 Tralee-Mallow, 9.47 Limerick Junction-Waterford, 10.05 Ballybrophy-Limerick and 10.35 Belfast-Connolly.
The talks are taking place to discuss payment for past productivity measures by drivers and a reduction in working hours.
Imagine the traffic tomorrow morning, it’s going to be atrocious.
