Disturbing scenes.
Footage has surfaced of the fatal shooting at the Regency Hotel on the Swords Road in Drumcondra, Dublin this afternoon. Men entered the hotel wearing fake police uniforms and carrying AK47s before firing randomly into the crowd of people.
The shooting took place at 2.30pm during a weigh-in for tomorrow’s WBO European Lightweight title fight between Jamie Kavanagh v Antonio Jao Bento.
One man died during the incident while two others were severely wounded and are currently being treated in the Mater and Beaumont Hospitals. This footage shows the exact moments before the shooting occurred and discretion is advised due to the nature of what occurred.
