The raid is in relation to the Regency Hotel murder of David Byrne.
For the second time this week, authorities are to search a number of premises in Dublin this morning.
The intended target is the south inner city of the county, with gardaí from Kevin Street and Pearse Street stations and personnel from the Criminal Assets Bureau and the Drugs and Organised Crime Unit, among others, participating in the search.
According to RTÉ, the specific targets are Irish-based associates of the Kinehan cartel in Spain, as well as a convicted heroin dealer.
The latest raid comes after authorities seized luxury cars and cash exceeding €1 million in value earlier this week.
