PICS: Tributes have been pouring in for Paul Daniels, who has died aged 77

The iconic magician was recently diagnosed with an incurable brain tumour.

The legendary TV magician Paul Daniels has passed away from a brain tumour. He was 77 years age.

Daniels had recently been discharged from hospital after being informed that his brain tumour was incurable.

His magic shows would would regular attract millions of viewers in a career that spanned five decades.

Daniels’ publicist has released this statement:

“One of our most beloved entertainers, Paul Daniels, has passed away at the age of 77.

“The TV star, who was diagnosed with a brain tumour earlier this year, passed away peacefully at home with Debbie at his side in the early hours of this morning.

“Debbie and the family would like to thank everyone for their support and asks that their privacy be respected at this sad time.”

Meanwhile, the tributes have been pouring for the legendary entertainer.
