We recently asked over 900 farmers and over 400 non-farmers for their views on all things technology and agriculture. The results were surprising.
Almost every farmer who took the survey owns a smartphone, yet less than half of them are using it to help with the farm work.
Over 80% of non-farmers use their smartphone for work or business, so the results suggest that many farmers may not be using their smartphones to their full potential just yet.
