A search party for missing Ben Garrett will set out from Millstreet Garda Station in Galway this morning and his family are appealing for help from members of the public to take part.
21-year old Ben Garrett, originally from Castlebar in Mayo, went missing in Galway city centre at 2am on Thursday morning.
He was last seen leaving Carbon nightclub and possibly heading in the direction of Eyre Square. He was wearing a light blue Hollister jumper and dark jeans, as in the picture below.
Military personnel will start the search at 10am this morning from the army barracks and members of the public have been asked to help a search party that will set out from Millstreet Garda Station at 11am.
