While the majority of Irish people are content with seeing any weather conditions that don’t involve rain when they look outside their window, ESA astronaut Tim Peake is privy to a very different view of Ireland and the world.
The test pilot is currently aboard the International Space Station for Expedition 46/47 and he’s just posted another stunning image of Ireland from orbit.
It was Peake’s birthday yesterday and he decided to offer his Twitter followers a little treat.
