A man has reportedly been shot and killed in a Dublin pub on Monday night.
The incident is reported to have taken place in Summerhill, close to Mountjoy Square on Dublin’s north side, at a pub called The Sunset House.
Gardaí have confirmed that the shooting took place at around 9.30pm on Monday evening.
Early reports are linking the shooting to a gangland feud.
The man was known to Gardaí for involvement in dissident Republicanism and, according to RTÉ, appeared before the Special Criminal Court on a number of occasions in recent years charged with IRA membership.
A burned out car was found on Walsh Road in Drumcondra following the shooting.
