The new early hours service will begin on Friday morning.
The people behind the Deliveroo app – which allows you to get takeaway food from some of the country’s best restaurants – are launching a brand new breakfast service in Dublin this week.
According to Silicon Republic, the company will start delivering in Dublin 1, Dublin 2 and Dublin 4 from Friday morning.
Deliveries will come from nine popular outlets – Brother Hubbard, Cocu, Doughboys, Sister Sadie, Eathos, Freshii, Krust Bakery, Counter Culture, and Dublin Cookie Co – and will operate from Friday to Sunday initially.
If it turns out to be a success, chances are you can expect similar ventures in Cork, Galway, Belfast and Limerick, where Deliveroo also operates.
Oliver Dewhurst, General Manager of Deliveroo Ireland, said of the move: “Whether you’re craving a BLT or a fresh coffee to help you recover from a heavy night out, or you need a health boost before hitting the gym, or maybe you just want to treat yourself to an indulgent breakfast in bed, our riders will be at your door within 32 minutes to satisfy all your weekend breakfast needs.”
