Istanbul’s Ataturk Airport has been rocked by gunfire and two loud explosions, according to reports.

According to the country’s Justice Minister, at least 10 people are dead and there are ‘multiple’ injuries, with taxis bringing wounded people from the airport.

The shots were reportedly fired from an airport car park, although the source of the explosions is not currently known.

People were also recorded running for cover inside the terminal building.

According to The Telegraph, the international arrivals terminal was at the centre of the attack. This footage shows people crouching down in the aftermath of the reported explosion.
