The move will affect thousands of people…

People in Dublin will face more travel disruptions from 9pm this evening as Dublin bus drivers begin their second 48-hour strike.

The strike will begin officially at midnight but services will be halted three hours prior to that to ensure the safe return of buses to the depot prior to the industrial action.

You can see the full list of routes and last departure times for each route here.

The strike will run for the duration of Thursday and Friday this week with services resuming as normal on Saturday, 17 September.

Dublin Bus will be providing regular updates on their website and on Twitter and Facebook throughout the course of the week; their customer service line (01-8734222) will be open 07.00 to 23.30 on Wednesday, 14 September. Their social media team will be available from 06.00 to 21.00 on Thursday, 15 September and Friday, 16 September.

Dublin Bus have apologised to their customers for the inconvenience caused.
