Bearing this in mind, you’re here so let’s get on with the latest news regarding Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt’s divorce proceedings.
Angelina’s attorney Robert Offer released this statement to CNBC about the split saying; “This decision was made for the health of the family. She will not be commenting, and asks that the family be given its privacy at this time.”
Brad Pitt responded in kind and asked for the press to respect the privacy of his children.
“I am very saddened by this, but what matters most now is the well-being of our kids. I kindly ask the press to give them the space they deserve during this challenging time.”
Elsewhere, George Clooney was attending an event at the United Nations and he found out on live TV that Pitt and Jolie were divorcing.
